Zeke Anders is a S. Korean-born, Detroit-based director and DoP available worldwide. He has earned top honors including two International Clio Awards, inclusion in Shoot’s 19th Annual New Directors Showcase, and a One Show Yellow Pencil in 2023.
Anders’ work has been featured in publications such as Daily Voice Seoul, NBC, NPR, Esquire, Hypebeast, Huffington Post, CBS, and Mzansi Live! S. Africa and his film projects have won accolades from The Worldfest Houston, Lift-Off Berlin Film Festival, Mirada Corta Film Festival, Flagstaff Int’l Film Fest and the New York Film Festival plus others.
In 2021, his COVID-19 public service announcement, WHEN THE MOTOR STOPS, went viral and became a global sensation. “Stay Safe, Detroit gets everything right. Driven by a love for the outdoors and adventure, Zeke blends travel and street photography to capture both the striking landscapes and the authentic moments of humanity he encounters, whether close to home or across the globe. His journeys have taken him through Estonia, Costa Rica, Sweden, deep into Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula, Peru, and most recently, the wilds of Patagonia.
